This policy describes how Mohammed Marrouss, operating as Orbitloom, handles information in connection with myJson and customer support.

Documents and local storage

Opening, viewing, searching, querying, editing and saving documents happen locally. The app creates temporary working copies to process files safely; these use local disk space. Display preferences, such as your selected theme, may be stored on your device. Files you choose to save remain in the location you select.

If you select a folder synchronized by iCloud or another service, that service may synchronize your files under its own settings and privacy policy. Clipboard actions and files you share are controlled by you and your operating system.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and restores through the Mac App Store. myJson uses Apple-verified transaction and entitlement information to determine whether Pro is unlocked. Orbitloom does not receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase and account information is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

myJson does not include third-party advertising or an app analytics tracking service. Apple may make aggregate store statistics or diagnostic reports available under your Apple settings and Apple’s policies.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and investigate the issue. Email is processed by our email provider, Google. Please avoid sending sensitive document contents.

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant support records or meet legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to retain information where legally required.

This website

These pages do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The website host and its infrastructure providers process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. Support information is used by the providers needed to deliver email and website services, and may be disclosed where required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

We will update this page if the app or our practices change and revise the effective date.
